7 weeks pregnant. Brown discharge and cramping…

I have noticed quite a bit of brown discharge when I wiped yesterday and now accompanied with cramps in my lower abdomen. I thought it was getting better today but seemed to stay the same. I just have a massive feeling it isn’t going to be good. Especially as my cramps are getting worse… Has anyone had these same symptoms but everything turned out okay? I’m going to call up my early pregnancy unit tomorrow if it’s still bad. Just can’t bare to be told it’s a miscarriage…

Good morning, I had brown discharge with my little girl and she was born healthy and I’ve had it with this pregnancy and my scan showed up fine. It can be completely normal, it’s when it turns red it’s more of a concern. If you’re having cramps, again these can be normal but it depends how intense they are. If you find they’re really painful then I’d get yourself checked out.
