Anyone got tips on helping with lower back ache? I’m 24 weeks, I’m always walking around with work or sitting at a desk for 2hrs max a day. I’m thinking some stretches or yoga but not sure what to do.

Google the Cat/Cow stretch, it's fine to do in pregnancy and is a nice stretch for your back xxx

Hi there, I’d highly recommend speaking to your midwife and asking for a tubigrip bandage. I had awful back pain in pregnancy & bought a special belt as well as having physio, neither of which were as effective as the tubigrip which was free.

I’d recommend pregnancy yoga, you may not feel like exercising but you’ll feel good afterwards. I liked Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube, she has a pregnancy episode. I also liked the pelvic floor one too but I only did the easier poses in that one ☺️
