I'm 13 weeks pregnant my boss has know from the moment I found out but hasn't done a risk assessment keeps saying he's waiting for his manager to send him the forms where do I stand with this situation thank you

Have you informed your employer in writing? The first thing I'd do is to be to send a written confirmation to them if your pregnancy. If you have certain activities during your work day that you feel put you at risk I would ask in your written confirmation that these be addressed as they'll need to provide you adapted tasks or remove these tasks for you. If they're not forthcoming with a risk assessment after you've written to them I would contact ACAS or Pregnant then Screwed and ask for further advice on your next steps. They'll be able to offer you free advice as to what you need to do next.

You need to inform HR in writing. Once HR knows then they should get the ball rolling with risk assessments.

Hi yeah have sent written to both my boss and hr I've been in contact with HR they have said that my boss needs to do it asap but he's saying he's waiting on his manager to send him the assessment

Perhaps ask your occupational health.They are the people that emailed me my and asked me to fill the form in with my manager.
