Hypnobirthing Help!

Can anyone recommend good hypnobirthing podcasts or online courses. I’d love to try it but all physical courses seem to be cancelled and I’m not sure where to start. Thank you!

Youre not in manchester are you? I attended a physical class there as they are still doing them in person. Failing that i would recommend the Positive Birth Company x

I got the positive birth company on offer for £12 or £13. Keep an eye out we apparently they do offers. My friends have done it and recommend it

Hi there,

I used you tube mainly. I made a positive pregnancy play list. Relaxing songs, positive birth stories, favourite songs and breathing techniques.

Also Ruth Sabrosa is great. I saw her in 2019 in Fenwick baby event. I downloaded her hypnobirthing track too.

I got a CD from Amazon by Maggie Howell. I used to listen to it to and from work and towards the end of my pregnancy I would actually fall asleep when listening. I also saved it to my phone and listened to it during labour.
