Plus how do you cope with an unsupportive birth partner

Best is to speak to someone. Ideally a midwife, but it could also be a friend, your mum, your doctor or someone else. It's very normal to be nervous and anxious up to your birth, but of course you shouldn't feel outright scared and be near panic attacks.
I'd suggest you dont. The whole purpose of a birth partner is to support you. Have you spoken to your birth partner about what it entails? Perhaps you would both be happier if someone else did it instead?
The whole point of a birth partner is support. If they can't do that ditch them and get someone that can be supportive. It's about what you need and how you need support through labor. If their not supporting you at this stage your at. You really need to get them changed for someone else. Good luck 💗😘
