Decrease in oz’s - should I be concerned?

Hello

So LO has decreased her oz’s! She got up to 4/5 but now we’re lucky if we get 2.5/3 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’ve had some issues with her feeding and colic etc. However she seems ok now!

She’s continuing to gain weight and plenty of wet nappies.

Any reason as to why she’d drop? Could it be she was going through a growth spurt? Due to pain/colic she took more food?

If your having weight gain and dirty wet nappies, I wouldn't worry. They have days when they're hungrier and days when they're not. They can change daily, tomorrow you might find they want loads.

Just remember your bottle feeding so you can tell how much they're having, a breastfeeding mum can only go by what baby is doing and never knows how many ounces their having so they just have to trust what baby does. Just try and follow babies lead and as long as they're happy and growing, sounds like you're doing a great job xx

They have us worrying over everything don't they🙈 the way I look at it is- we have hungry days, and not so hungry days, so why would baby be any different?! They let us know when they're hungry, so I wouldn't worry as long as she's OK within herself etc.
