Has anyone else experienced bad cramps in the first trimester?

I'm at 10 weeks pregnant now and for the last 3 days I've had bad cramps (no bleeding).

I already have a toddler who is 17 months old and I've been unable to pick him up as it aggravates the pains.

Thanks xx

I’ve had nonstop cramping my whole pregnancy so far and it’s just everything stretching down there, if you’re worried call the GP, but your uterus is rapidly expanding in the first 12 weeks xx

My midwife told me it was likely uterus stretching and growing. I've blocked out my first pregnancy as it was so horrible so I've forgotten how often I got these pains 😂
