Baby sleeping ?

My baby is nearly 6 weeks, she is feeding 8 times up to 10 in 24 hours. However, I am worried about her sleeping. She is sleeping 5 to 6 hours continually at night and she feeds just for 10 mins and sleep again, when before she was waking up frequently during night and sometimes take my breast up to 20 mins. Could you tel me if is that normal please ?

Ps: only breast feeding.

It sounds normal to me. Usually babies wake up at night for feed only. Mine used to do the same. Now she's sleeping between 6-9hrs through the night. Depending on amount of feed before she goes to bed and teething situation. When they get older their sleeping pattern regulates and extends at night x

If she's having lots of wet, dirty nappies and putting on weight, then enjoy the sleep. As someone whose baby only slept for two hours at a time as this stage I would say embrace the rest if you can.

Sounds like you're doing a fantastic job xx
