You need to be speaking to the hospital and asking your midwife/consultant. There is different types of induction. I had an induction where got sent home for 24 hours and would have needed to have a hospital induction if that didn't work. Luckily it did work and went straight to triage/labour ward that night. However it depends on the hospital and why you're having the induction. I was +10 day late and low risk otherwise. I assume you might be having an induction for different reasons since you're more due yet.
