Period or implantation bleeding?

I’m having pregnancy symptoms that I only have when I’m pregnant. For example tender breasts. Today I spotted, it was light pink in colour, but now looking redder. I am supposed to start my period today, so not sure if it’s my period or implantation bleeding. Only thing that makes me think I’m possibly pregnant is the tender breasts, which I never have. I started bleeding at 11, it’s now 6:45pm and I haven’t filled even a quarter of a pad.

I think you'll need to take a pregnancy test, unless your period come properly over the next few days.
