2nd Opinion - Anterior Placenta

I was wondering if I could get a 2nd opinion from a few of you as I am currently 29+2 weeks and in the last few weeks I have noticed the movement of the baby isn’t as crazy as it was when I noticed I was around 23 weeks. I do feel the movement of the baby every day, but am I feeling less energetic movement because the baby has less room to stretch out and kick and because my placenta could possibly be cushioning this? Or should I be able to feel stronger movements as the baby is getting bigger?

I had my 28 week check up and everything was fine including heartbeat etc, I just wondered if anyone had gone through something similar! Just a little worried I should be feeling stronger movements! Thank you xxx

Movements change throughout, depending on babys position your placenta how much space there is. It's more about the pattern of frequency than the strength. Once you get to 30w+ you're likely to feel stronger movements sometimes verging on painful and your tummy changes shape external because baby is getting stronger and cramped up. Sounds fairly normal tbh but if you're not sure discuss with you midwife/triage

If your ever worried about movement pls get it checked, it could prevent something, or catch someone in time, that is what I have been advised, I am 34 weeks on my 5 child 👶🏼- it’s better to be safe than sorry xx
