Am 25 and it's my first pregnancy, I need help with the do's and don't. And how to hold back this excessive craving for things i barely eat when I wasn't pregnant.

The nhs website had all the dos and don'ts about pregnancy, and lots of valuable information.

All I would say is register with your midwife to get your booking in appointment scheduled and take folic acid and vitamin D if you're not already.

I’d say don’t worry too much about excessive cravings - sometimes the first trimester is so rough giving in to your cravings can be all you survive on!! I lived on fresh mango, chocolate and biscuits. You have plenty of time to get a healthy balanced diet back on track later down the line.
