Please help! Pre-labor symptoms

Help, please. My partner's due date was on 20/09/2020. For about three hours, she's had regular bathroom breaks (every 30 minutes) with signs of the "show". What should I be on the lookout for? I'm just on standby!

Nothing like leaving it till the last minute to find out what you're looking out for 😉

The nhs page has a lot of info signs of labour.

Posted it 8 hours ago, so not sure if she hasn't given birth yet, but with first baby the labour can last for days, if the contractions are irregular, just help her relax and forget the inconveniences. If the hospital bag hasn't been packed, it's the time to pack it.

Pressing on the sacrum has helped me during contractions as it was mostly in the back.

After I noticed my plug coming out the opening started and in 17 hours the daughter was born. Waters broke during pushing, so it's not a 100% sign.

unless she have contractions for every 5 minutes, she can just keep walking . even if she has show or water break , she will get contractions with in 24hrs. so relax and keep walking

Hiya, hope all’s going well. Just an FYI - don’t wait for the waters to break, as they don’t always do so. Many times they have to be broken. Do remember you can call the Birthing Centre or Ward where your partner is due to give birth - they can also give advice, guidance and reassurance. If the pain becomes too much, do give them a ring as they can help x
