Hi seasoned and new mamas, could I ask which nursing bra brands/models would you recommend?
What do you think of Seraphine or Cake Maternity? They are expensive, wonder if they’re worth the money?

I haven’t had my baby yet, I’m 38+3 so getting close but I bought some of the tutti ones from cake maternity and they are lovely! Really comfy and nice to look at which is hard to find I’ve found xx
That’s great to hear you’re happy with them! I like the Tutti Frutti too! How do you find the level of support? Xx
Yeah actually really good, I’ve got a larger bust and have enough support in those. I think the racer back on those ones helps with that!x
Great thank you. How did you estimate your sizes? I’m 35+2. And not sure if boobs will grow anymore and I hear they’ll grow more with breastfeeding. I intend to get a couple in current size and one size up maybe. Any advice? Xx
I went for a large. I was a 34dd per pregnancy but my rib cage has expanded so much, I’ve gone up two width sizes! I have room for cup growth in that if it happens when milk comes in. Hoping my rib cage will come back down a bit though once baby arrives 🤞🏻🙏🏻 xx
I’m not even sure what my current size is. I went to try on a few in M&S and needed 38C/D. But I measured myself and put the measurements in Cake maternity tool, and it says I’m 34D. Also how do you relate those to S/M/L for the Tutti? I didn’t see a conversion chart. I hate that they don’t have a UK number to call 😩 xx
I went for the H&M maternity bra’s soooo comfortable and convenient for feeding xx
Hey give the Calvin Klein nursing bras a try .... worth their weight in gold! X
I found that I like something comfier and my favourite is a custom.made bra from a lady who calls herself Hiccups and Juice (she has a Facebook page). It's works out about 35/40 quid but it's my favourite to wear as it's super comfy and looks pretty too! I guess though it's down to personal preference of what kind of bra you like to wear anyway! Of my more conventional ones, I've found the clasps on the cheaper ones are more prone to break so might be something to consider that they seem like a false economy!
I have a 75F or G depending, got Carriwell bra with silicone wiring in size L, cup is ok, but the band is way to big, no support for the back. It's the problem with many nursing bras. Just a bralette, not nursing, might be better. You can pull the boob out easily. But in comes to you several months into nursing 😁.
H&m ones are a tad better. For the night in the beginning pick the softest bra ever.
