You could get yourself a pregnancy app, that way it will keep.track in weeks. Normally it uses expected date or last period date.

5 months is around 22 weeks.

Well if 12 weeks makes you 3 months, that would make you around 20 weeks xx

I personally do my pregnancy in weeks until its the date of the month ie im due 18th oct so say I'm 7months plus 6 days, however I'm 32 weeks as some months have 5 weeks. I would say 5 months is approx 21ish weeks.
