Hi,
It’s certainly possible! I was diagnosed with it towards the end of my pregnancy and really panicked. Luckily all was ok and mine self corrected at the last minute.
They think mine was caused by a big baby after ruling out gestational diabetes. Have they given you any indication of cause or how severe it is? X
no
You’d need to follow up with your hospital and ask then. They should have given you some information or at least let you know the plan for any further tests or monitoring etc, if diagnosing you with something.
It will depend on the severity - mine wasn’t too bad so extra monitoring (scans every couple of weeks until my due date) was arranged and my GTT was repeated.
