Does anyone know any free healthcare center in Nigeria for pregnant women, I am experiencing some health issues such as inability to sleep for long, severe headaches and severe leg pains, and am also pregnant.

You might want to try googling instead. Being a UK forum its unlikely anyone will know.of centres in Nigeria.

Thanks roxannacar for your suggestion, my googling as just not yielded any results that why I came here, maybe someone here might know of a free health care clinic for pregnant women in Nigeria.
