Abdominal pains/cramps with diarrhoea at 27 weeks

Hi guys, I'm 27 weeks pregnant this week. I'm bit worried. Is it okay to have abdominal pain/cramps with diarrhoea. But it comes and goes. I couldn't sleep last night. Has anyone experienced that before?

It could be a tummy bug or your tummy stretching again to prepare to get that little bit bigger in the last stretch! However, if it is worrying you, call your midwife just to check. You know your body best and if it doesn’t feel right act sooner rather than later xx
