I don't know if this is the right place for me to ask this question, but I was advised to create an account here to trade. I don't know what to do anymore, I am pregnant for the first time and I have chest pains that keep me awake at night. Do you have any bras that can help me stop the pain? Do you have a childcare store or brand to advise me?
Thank you!

Go for a fitting at marks and Spencer’s those ladies are fantastic and so knowledgable, I would also check it out if with your gp if the pain is enough to keep you awake at night.
I agree, M&S is great. Though their shops are now open I don't think they have opened their fitting rooms or bra fitting service yet. However if you look on their website they've got instructions on how to fit yourself. I had to go up in bra size during pregnancy, and get some softer bras. Even go for some nursing bras if you plan to breastfeed so you'll use them after little one arrives as well. The nursing bras from M&S and Next are very comfortable x
Calvin Klein crop top bras are a lifesaver! I’ve literally been living in them since I’ve been pregnant xx
I bought a moulded sleep bra from Bravisimo and it was a GAME CHANGER. I had very very painful breasts right from the beginning and they didn’t subside until 18 weeks. I was sleeping in sports bras but it wasn’t enough (maybe due to their size - I’ve gone up by 4 bra sizes since falling pregnant!) Having this comfy yet supportive bra to sleep/ lounge in made all the difference. x
Other than a maternity bra or sports one also get yourself a pregnancy pillow and start sleeping on your side, hopefully that helps too. Also get lettuce put it in the fridge and put the leaves on your boobs it's supposed to help
