overthinking!

I had a miscarriage at the beginning of the year and have not long found out I’m pregnant again. I’m 6 weeks and I can’t help but over think everything! I felt like I was having normal symptoms to begin with like needing a wee more and feeling tired but now I don’t feel like that. I don’t really feel anything at all! Do you think it’s anything to worry about?

Hey, we lost our first a month before we got our bfp from our second go at ivf. I felt exactly the same, the aniexty was nuts and I over thought EVERYTHING. I Didn't help that I had spotting until 7/8 weeks either! But here I am, sat on the sofa with my 4 week old (+1 day!) newborn little boy over my shoulder. Hang in there, it will get better xxx

ahh congrats!! Thankyou! It’s reassuring to hear from others who might have experienced the same! I’ve googled everything and it doesn’t tell you about not having the symptoms you would be expecting to have!xxx

Hi there, with my first pregnancy I also experienced a miscarriage. During my 2nd pregnancy I initially had sore breasts which rapidly disappeared as soon as they arrived and I didn’t have any other symptoms at all!! I honestly thought they wouldn’t find anything at my 12 week scan. My son is now 6 years old!!

My third pregnancy however, I had the most awful morning sickness.

Be assured that it is possible to have a pregnancy with no symptoms!!

Congratulations.

Every pregnancy is different and you are still really early on so it's quite normal for symptoms to come and go. I've been pregnant 5 times but I lost 3 of them. I know it's hard to relax and enjoy pregnancy when you have been through miscarriage but try to relax. I just tried to take each day as it comes because each day I was pregnant gave me hope that I would get to hold my little one. I had my first boy after 2 losses and my second after another loss; and now they are 5 and 1, running around my house causing destruction! Yours will be to very soon! Good luck!

Hey Kayley,

I had a miscarriage at the start of March (first pregnancy) and I have just found out a few months later I’m pregnant again (7 week-ish). I am doing nothing but panicking, worrying about the slightest thing. I’ve had more tender breasts, have constipation(these are things I didn’t really have before) peeing more, restless sleep. So I’m hoping this time round everything is fine.

Just keep telling yourself what will be will be, it kinda gets me through. Much love xx

It's hard not to worry after a MC. I didnt feel pregnant at all from the beginning and got a kicking 18 week baby in my tummy now. Best thing for you and your baby is to relax...easier said than done tho xx
