Are the symptoms the same when you are coming off the pill to pregnancy ones?

I’m having cramps weird movement like feelings in my belly my Abdomen has a achy feeling I’ve been feeling a bit sick in the mornings I feel like ive been going to the toilet a lot more I feel so bloated I feel like it would be too soon to do a test as it’s only been 3 weeks since stopping the mini pill

If you only stopped 3 weeks ago it's not likely that it would be pregnancy symptoms, but it's not impossible.

You'd have had to ovulate and conceive pretty quickly and you couldn't be more than 3 weeks pregnant, which doesn't normally present symptoms so early as it wouldn't have reached implantation stage yet. A pregnancy test probably wouldn't pick up enough hcg in your urine so early but if you don't have a period in the next two weeks it might be worth taking a test.

Agree with the above comment, also your hormones could just be getting back to normal

I feel like this around my period, it sucks because period and pregnancy signs are very similar x
