What are the odds of being pregnant even after all test results are negative?

Okay so I already have two children so I know what to expect when expecting but I've been racking my brain here and nothing makes sense... My last period was Jan 6th 2020 and typically 32 day cycle, my period was due on Feb 8th which typically for me its right on or a day late but on Feb 6th I spotted light pink and then bright red for a day with very little cramping and stopped with a day or two later light brown d/c for a day. I'd also say started having signs of breast tenderness, fatigue and a little nauseous and after a week later breast tenderness completely gone but still fatigued and nauseous, mood swings, change in eating habits craving more sweets which is it of the norm for me. I also have endometriosis so a typical cycle is every 31-32 days, horrible cramping, heavy bleeding and clotting but no breast tenderness. I'm exactly 30 days past due and all OTC Pregnancy test come back negative, labs, ultrasound all are negative. I go April 1st to see my Gynecologist but was wondering if there are others that experienced this and is pregnant? I could really use some clarity right now, did several home remedies to test and many showed positive results but I know many say you can't trust them. Please I'm at a loss here 4yrs trying and 1 miscarriage, I'm trying to hold on to what little faith I have left here...

If there's no sign of a pregnancy on your ultrasound, and your tests are all negative could it be your period is missing for another reason? Stress can often cause it to not come or illness?

No not really, nothing out of the normal... But I'll find out on the 1st what other test will be done cause I've never had this happen before.

I have heard of people who don’t get positive pregnancy tests but unfortunately an ultrasound is pretty definitive. You would be far enough along now for it to be be very clear on a scan so I would have to suggest your period hasn’t come for another reason. Hopefully your gynaecologist can work out the cause xx
