how do i cope with stress from my boyfriend?

i am 5 weeks pregnant and its my first baby im still young only 18 but im feeling so stressed and everytime i get cramps im panicking as i dont wanna have a misscarriage

Stress is very unlikely to cause you to miscarry, they're very common but normally down to something being wrong with genes etc. Not because of stress, so even if you're having issues with your boyfriend they're not likely to make you miscarry.

My advise to you would maybe to go and speak to your dictor and see if you can be referred for counselling and to see if they're are any young mum and baby groups you can attend to get some support. Becoming a mum has been the absolute hardest thing I have ever done in my life and without support I have no idea how I would have coped.

I would also say to sit with your boyfriend and maybe both sets of you guys parents and talk through what you need and what support you want during your pregnancy.

What stress is your boyfriend putting you under, should you be considering having a baby with someone like this, its not easy and will only get more difficult when baby is here. Think you need to sit down and have a sensible think about what you and your boyfriend want, your still very young.
