First time pregnancy

I have my booking in appointment next Wednesday, I’m not completely sure how far I am, my boyfriends mum thinks I’m 15 weeks or maybe more.

I think I’m starting to show my stomach is a lot more rounder, the bottom of my back is hurting a lot is this normal?

And I’m so so tired at the moment it’s becoming annoying,

My partner has been absolutely amazing but I can feel myself getting moody

Any tips would be amazing

You need to count from the first day of your last period. Then count the weeks that’s how you find out how many weeks you are. The midwife will ask you that question xx

The NHS Have a due date calculator which works out your dates from the first day of your last period

Your booking in appointment should be by 8-10 weeks and it first scan at 12 weeks. Have you told your midwife that you think you believe your 15 weeks s there's some tests you would have missed out on?

If you're not already take a pregnancy vitamin and get lots of rest, the tiredness should improve as you get to your 2nd trimester and the placenta takes over much of the hard work.

For back ache you could try a yoga for pregnancy class, some gentle stretching and relaxation is lovely.
