Hi

So i didn’t have much nausea in my first trimester and I’m now 24+3 with my second pregnancy and the last week or so I’ve just not been myself. Had a few sickness days but not much but it’s the feeling on nausea that’s driving me mad. Anyone have any tips of foods to eat n avoid?

Had nausea from 6 weeks and I’m nearly 24 weeks now. It’s truly, truly maddening. I don’t think there’s any rhythm or rhyme to this. Hope it settles back down for you. I find chewing wrigley’s gum helps. Good luck...x

It’s hard trying to enjoy pregnancy when you have weeks like this. I give any advice a go even if it helps for a day or so.

Will give that a try thank you. It’s just when you think it’s settled down and then it just hits you again but brings sickness. I’m making a note of what I’m eating just incase something is triggering it off.

I don’t think I could cope with vomiting on top of the nausea. As for making a note of your diet, that seems like a good idea. Good luck! x

I had nausea straight away when was pregnant lasted till 13 weeks, then came back around 30 weeks (or around then)

I tried everything, people were like try this and that, but nothing worked.

I did find really cold apple juice helped and mints (polos, soft mints) but didn’t go completely, but did help.

It’s horrible, I would rather be sick than have nausea x
