Showing signs of pregnancy but bleeding

I have not had a period in 2 months and my periods are regular I am showing signs of pregnancy but test came back negative and now I'm bleeding I don't know what's going on its marking my anxiety bad any one know what's going on ?

Might be a good idea to ring your GP to check for advice and they will be able to give you a list of signs and symptoms. Try not to worry in the mean time (as hard as that is). Just give them a call and it will put your mind to rest, and hopefully stop some of your anxiety xx

I have a appointment with the doctor on Thursday I have stop bleeding but doesn't explain why I didn't bleed for 2 months thank u for helping x
