Pink lining of womb

My friend isn’t joined so asking on her behalf... she has small amounts of blood with her discharge in between periods, and a doctor review said she had pink lining on her womb. Ovarian blood tests come back negative... doctor has decided not to do any more tests, any idea what it could be?

Not sure. does not sound pregnant. Isn't the lining supposed to be pink? Maybe she should get a check up with a new doctor if she is having medical concerns he/she is not addressing

Pink lining on the womb doesn't mean anything, so either the dr didn't explain what they meant well or your friend didn't understand. Bleeding in between periods isn't normal and does require investigating, it can be due to several causes such as infection or changes to the cervix such as an ectropion. I would suggest your friend requesting an explanation from the dr and possibly asking for written information so she can understand properly, it may be the drs have done all the right things but just not made themselves clear.
