No period after miscarriage

I had a natural miscarriage on the 14 June 2019, I havent had a period since. How long is it normal to wait? What's everyone's experiences?

I think it's supposed to be anything from about 4-8 weeks. I think it can depend on how long it takes you to get a negative pregnancy test afterwards though. I had a missed miscarriage on the 31st but haven't really stopped bleeding at all! I got a negative pregnancy test 3 weeks ago, my bleeding has increased in the last day or so, so am wondering if this is a period.

I've been told it can take a while to get back to normal-it's really frustrating.

If it's been more than 8 weeks, I'd speak to your GP.

Thanks for your reply, it's very frustrating just waiting but nothing you can do about it!......really hoped I would have had something by now and also got a two week vacation next week......it will probably come just then!!!!
