Am I pregnant

I have been on the inplant for over a year now. I used to get periods every month but lighter than normal. However I have recently been sick every day, my breasts have become tender and they leak at times. I have a little abdominal bloating. I have most of the signs you can get at the early stages of pregnancy. I’m scared to to take a test in case I’m overreacting. I have never been pregnant before and I don’t know what to do. Any advice ?

I am really sorry but the only way to tell is to take a test in the morning. If it is negative I would go as soon as possible to see your dr. You may have some kind of infection. Xx
