Hi :) I have a question. How many people can be with me on induced labour?

I’d ask your health visitor hun, but I’m sure it’s only two birth parents same as you would a natural birth but again check this,

I had my birthing partner and a Doula. Planned induction, but I did check when I was getting booked in that both could be with me.

How many people do you want there?

I can’t see why they’d say no, I had 2 more to ensure I wouldn’t be alone if it was a long labour and if they needed a break I had someone with me.

Check with your hospital. In our one, you can have a whole gang of people. That was the issue as our hospital, inductions are done in the normal maternity ward.

Once my wife was going to get her waters broken, we were transferred into the labour ward and there the rule of only birth partner (max of 2).
