I was sick 2 days ago and my period was due today however it hasn’t come and I don’t feel any kind of signs of my period coming is it possible I could be pregnant.

Have you been trying to get pregnant? Did you have unprotected sex 2 weeks ago? The only way to know for sure is to take a test in the morning. Lots of people have delayed periods when they are worried or stressed, even just worrying about a late period can make you many days, even a week late. Or your hormones could be changing for one reason or another, again stress, change of life circumstances etc. Most people don't have their period to the minute of expected timing. Have you been tracking long?
