Braxton hicks, sort of....

31w4... back hurts, stomach tight and crampy, hurts to move or stand up sometimes.

From what I've read, sounds like Braxton hicks, but I feel super uncomfortable for hours. So far only at end of shift/end of day.

Can't tell if I'm overreacting and I'm just a bit more achy/sore than normal lol.

What's everyone else's experiences with braxton hicks been like?xx

I’m 32 weeks tomorrow and I’m having similar symptoms as you. Lower back aches, stomach slight cramps either side lower right and left. I don’t know if it’s Braxton Hicks or just where baby is low and is position. x

I experience Braxton hicks for the first Wednesday it was a tightening and got slightly stronger at times but didn't get anymore painful. Thursday i got pains across my belly constantly, seemed to ease as i walked but got alot worse when sat down and really painful to stand it lasted for hours. l went on to maternity assessment center everything was fine with baby she was just laid at a funny angle pushing my sides and that's why i had the pains.
