Hi everyone

I wanted to ask if it’s normal to be experiencing Braxton Hicks at 23 weeks pregnant? I feel them like 3 times in a day. Thanks

Yes it is. I used to be able to feel tightening at 12 weeks where my numb would just go really hard for a moment the relax. They happen most of the way through but half the time we aren’t aware of them. If you are ever worried though, don’t hesitate to talk to your midwife x

Hey just get it checked out with your doctor to be safe. It may be nothing but better to be safe than sorry

I’ve been having them early from like 15w

Definitely check with midwife or doctor
