Early labour? 38+5

I’ve been feeling really tired this morning no energy at all feeling really nauseous but not actually been sick. Strong period cramps into my tummy and into my legs on and off all morning and in back. Does this sound like the start? I’ve had no show yet or waters breaking...

Have my 38 week midwife apt at 1.30 so will ask then but just wanted to see if this could be the start xx

Just so tired and period cramps are on and off. Midwife didn’t seem to concerned just said baby’s head is right down and not engaged but that’s not abnormal for second baby as this can happen when labour starts 😩 I didn’t have any of this with my first as she was breech so don’t know what signs to look out for really. Hopefully she won’t be too long xx

My girls didn’t fully engage til I went into labour ! Well hun it’s probably on a nerve and with your pains from previous scaring probably causing the discomfort! I’m on baby number 4 and 31 weeks now but I am having terrible braxon hicks . Xx

Oh really that’s a relief I thought she was saying it to make me feel better lol!

Your probably have a quick birth too Hun my 2nd daughter was the best birth ever quick and no pain relief. Yes hopefully the last few weeks fly by now. I’m having a boy which I was in shock about having 3 girls and had to double check when I had a 28 week scan ! Xx
