I've been off the pill now since December last year and my periods have been seriously messed up since then, i didnt have a period in June at all! However my last period was awful before my period I experienced heavy sore breast which I've never had before and a really heavy period which is also unusual for me. Since then I've needed to go to the toilet more often about 2 weeks ago I was going the loo every 20 mins and I'm always waking up in the night to go toilet, which then is making me more tired😴 help!!!

Coming off the pill can play havoc with your cycles. Easiest way to find out is to do a pregnancy test. They work best if you do it with your first wee of the day. Good luck x
