Frozen pregnancy?

Hi ladies, I hope you would help.

my periods delayed, so I did a test on the 4th day of delay, it was BFP (on Monday).

I had an ache in my uterus like it was expanding on Tuesday. I noticed I became more sensitive to smells and tastes.

I did the test the next day, the 2nd line was very faint (on Tue).

I also did a pregnancy test today at GP's nurse (was supposed to get MMR vaccine).

Although there was a very faint 2nd line, the nurse said I am no pregnant.

Today my left ovary is aching as if I am ovulating (I usually feel that way during ovulation). No lower stomach pain since yesterday.

What is my next step should be?

Wait for the periods to come naturally? My basal temperature is low, 36.9 C.

I could not get an appointment with GP until next Wed, and we are leaving the country for two weeks for holiday.

So I am very confused. thank you for bits of advice.

If there’s a faint line your more then Likey to be pregnant get another test do it first thing in the morning x

Do you have a walk in centre you can go to Hun ? It could be early days or what they call a chemical pregnancy! Xx

Thank you Sisi14. I've just read online about chemical pregnancy, seems like it is the case.

it has good news stating that I can conceive later with higher chances.

I will wait for my period to come now. My periods are very regular, 28 days sharply, but I had this kind of delays before up to 10 days few times. My guess now it had happened before, but I never managed to catch the BFP as in this case. ;(

Cannot wait to get positive test results, and hold my baby in my hands.

Hi I had a faint second line for about week into my pregnancy it became stronger in after a week. I took several test which all had a faint second line for a week. I have had a fairly normal pregnancy so I would wait a few days and test again
