This is my first pregnancy and I feel like I'm being a princess, but...the nausea and fatigue are becoming unbearable! I saw my midwife yesterday anyway for a routine appointment and she said it was likely a good thing as it meant my pregnancy hormones are high...but I just feel awful. I'm trying to get more sleep (mainly cos I can't stay awake anyway!) but the nausea is crippling. I'm either in bed all day, or I'm sat by the back door for the fresh air feeling like a useless heap. I've tried every form of ginger under the sun, sparkling water, coconut water, dry bland foods, etc...is there anything that I haven't yet tried that I could?! Even water is making me feel sick

6 weeks and nausea and fatigue are unbearable
I'm exactly the same!!! The fatigue is awful, even walking up the stairs to get to the bathroom feels like I've just done a 20k sprint!
I'm trying lemonade at the moment which works, as long as I burp I manage to eat. And I'm just eating whatever I fancy, which is weird as I'm usually so strict! Lots of bread and rice.
Don't feel like a princess, I completely understand, I feel so delicate! But it's nice to know our bodies are doing their thing to make baby safe and grow etc.
I'm annoyed no one warned me how rubbish I would feel!! I had no idea pregnancy would be this hard or this draining, I feel so ignorant! I swear I thought it was only when you were really big towards the third trimester that it'd get hard!
I've had time off work which has helped (I'm a nurse and do 12hr shifts on my feet all day) and got some antisickness tablets from my GP - have you got any medications? Xxx
Go to the dr for meds ... this is my third pregnancy and the sickness has killed me ! I have antisickness which don’t get rid of it but allow me to function at points during the day !
And rice helps !
