18 days late PCOS 4 negative HPT's. Can I still be pregnant?

Had unprotected sex on the 4th and 5th of July. Period was due on the 11th with a normal cycle of 31 days, It's now the 29th and still no show! Had spotting a few days after sex and once about 3 days after my period was due. Have had unbearably itchy skin since about the 9th (ive been using a wire carpet brush and scratched until ive bled without even realising) just put it down to prickly heat with the weather being so Hot! Had some white cloudy and pinkish discharge and also been ridiculously hungry for the past week like nothing's able to keep me full! Took 2 HPTs last Saturday (clear blue) and Sunday 21 days late and 2 more on Wednesday 24 days late (first response) 1 of each were morning pee's and all negative. I have PCOS but have never been this late the longest has been about 8 days and didn't have any strange symptoms like listed above. Just looking for some advice really I've a Drs appt booked but the soonest they could see me with a female dr was the 8th of august. Anyone think I could be pregnant with 4 negatives?

I had a similar experience - my periods were always every 4 weeks and after trying for a baby for 9 months I was two weeks late - and I was convinced I had some early pregnancy signs. About 4 different pregnancy tests said I wasn’t pregnant so I went to see my doctor. She said I wasn’t pregnant if the tests said no! And then of course my period started the day after! Weirdly though I got pregnant the very next month. I think I was stressed out about not getting pregnant and my body was all over the place. My doctor also told me they wait three months for you not to have a period before they look into what might be causing it. It’s hard waiting I know but I would take a test every few days so you know if you are and see what the doctor says. Good luck xx
