In the last week or so I have started with terrible trapped wind pain and feeling bloated which seems to start late morning until I go to bed. I do pass wind but doesn’t relief the pain and discomfort I was wondering if anyone has tips to relieve the pain and discomfort.

Hi Hun have you tried green tea or peppermint tea , I’m a sufferer of reflux and trapped wind and it’s not a problem at the moment since I drink these teas and waters. Xx

That’s ok Hun it’s worked for me as I’m a bad sufferer and usually on tablets for it but not been for months plus being pregnant but these teas do help because they clear the toxins inside you. Also a ginger biscuit or rich tea biscuit. Wish you well babe. Xx
