Can Tdap Vaccine cause a Missed Period??

My Period is Just over Two weeks late, and I got the Vaccine two weeks ago as well. Could this have caused my period to be so late?

I took two Pregnancy tests last week and both came up negative. I’m trying my best not to freak out, but it’s a bit hard. Any insight?

Tdap can cause a fever with flu like symptoms which in turn can cause a delayed or missed period. Have you felt unwell?

I have honestly felt fine. The only side effect I thought I was experiencing was the site of the vaccine being sore.

Are you freaking out because you don't want to be pregnant? In that case make sure you use contraception... unprotected sex can always lead to pregnancy. As for the vaccine delaying period sounds unlikely however you stressing about it certainly can delay it.
