I drink one cup a day! I used to drink about 4 or 5 a day.. They say you can have about 200mg of caffeine a day and a cup of coffee is about 100. I'm a 11 weeks tomo. But do whatever you feel comfortable with. Some people drink decaf instead xx

Up to you but it is advised to limit intake.

I cut down slowly so it was 1 cup a day but now (baby is 3months) I’m fully decaf at home and only have caffeine when out & about

Nope you don't have to stop drinking coffee you just have to limit your intake of food and drink with caffeine in it to 200mg a day which includes tea (black, green and white) , coffee, cola and chocolate. Your should avoid energy drinks like Red Bull due to the other crap which is in it

I tend to have 1 mug of proper coffee in the morning, then rest of the day I have decaf 😊

I prepared 1/2 decaf and 1/2 regular coffee, until I ran out of regular. Now I'm on 100% decaf. I use a "Swiss water process" decaf to avoid nasty chemicals. (I hope I don't need to cut that out too!)

I went straight to decaf mainly because there is caffeine in many other things. It’s been 7 months but worth the sacrifice 🙂
