37weeks pregnant

Just over 37weeks pregnant I have been getting symptoms of labour for weeks but nothing, today I just feel ill was borking this morning for no reason got some dull period type pains but I just feel really crappy, sleep is horrible can’t sleep nor get comfy don’t know what to do feel like if I ring a midwife they think I’m stupid or something..

I think it's your call as you know how you feel... but poor sleep and feeling crappy is a pretty normal thing! I never vomited in the first trimester (just constant nausea) but actually had a few random

Vomits later on ... so it def can happen.

Are you feeling baby ok? I think it depends what you expect from the midwife ... not much they can do about things like sleep tbh

I think I’m just fed up now this baby is bigger than my 1st born already and can hardly function, was never sick in both pregnancy’s until the other week and then today just borking it’s horrid I had a growth scan Friday gone and they est 6lb 7oz on that scan my son was only 6lb 6oz born x

It's probably also the fact that you can't put your feet up when you want if you have a second one to look after. I found I was much more tires second pregnancy despite having a less demanding job!

I know it’s crazy one good thing is though I swelled loads when carrying my 1st I’m ok this time it’s because can’t sit around lol 😂 xx

I have no idea about labour, sorry first time mum to be, but I am pretty confident that if you called a midwife for advice and a chat they wouldn't think you were stupid.

Ring midwives. They would rather you rang all time for then to tell you it's normal. Than risk missing something that might have been important. They won't get annoyed about it. It's their jobs to support you with any questions you may have
