Its probably just your hormones racing all over your body. If your concerned you cant keep anything down, i would go to your midwife or doctor and they should help you. With your sleep, its probably normal to find it difficult to sleep or either stay awake in pregnancy. If i were you i would re arrange your bedtime routine, one that keeps you relaxed and easy. And one your comfortable with, try going to bed earlier like 10/11. Make sure you eat well, and healthy as that should help with the headaches and cramps. However i would go and see your doctor or midwife to see what help or support they can give you. Hope you feel better soon x

hey thanks for your reply, its crazy, feel really insecure, and snappy, but yet im so happy to be pregnant, ive upped my anti in fluids and they seemed to have helped with the cramps, i can easily sleep during the day ( not great when i have a 6 year old ) but can not sleep for nothing at night, cry at the slightest thing, since being pregnant iv lost a stone and half in weight, got anti sickness pills but just dont seem to work, body is rejecting all types of food, ( let me pray there not two) doubleing the hormones lol. . . . thanks for ur message back xx

Hang in there. I felt the same as you but just a little further along it peaked at about 10/11 weeks for me. Every kind of food seemed to make me gag and if I managed to get anything down it was straight back up again once I moved.

I found trying not to move for about an hour after I ate something worked (I knowing that might be hard with another child but see if you can manage to eat something small and keep as still as possible for a little while). I couldn't stand the thoughts of any foods people advised like biscuits etc. but eventually managed to try crackers and they do actually work. If you can stomach them try it or something bland that you think you can manage. Some people say eat before you get up but I couldn't even try that. I knew I would be sick straight away when I started to move out of my bed so I waited until after that initial morning puke (sorry!) to eat something light like a yoghurt. For a week or so I also tried just cold foods so there wasn't any cooking smell in the kitchen because that would set me off. My boyfriend would cook well before I came home from work and clean down, air and Oust the kitchen before I got in as well plus he would do it again in the morning before I got up because if there was any food smell in the morning it would set me of for the day. :( It does get better. I'm 16 weeks now and there are still foods I can't even think about without feeling sick but not as many as before and I've even managed to eat small quantities of foods that I thought I would never eat again - it used to make me violently sick even to see a picture of them or an advertisement on T.V. My doctor thought I maybe had twins too but there's only one baby - some people say when you're this sick it might mean it's a girl but who knows? We're just unlucky. I like to think of the nausea now as a little sign that the baby is in there and he/she is alright and that helps sometimes but it is miserable when you're at your stage. Keep your fluids down and play around with different things to keep your food down too. You'll get through it. Wishing you all the best x

hey thank you :) ive kept my regnancy under wraps just me doctor and my partner know, so the advice is great, with my first daughter i did have bad morning sickness but this is unreal, wow its like i been given some medicine to make me constantly poorly, i been trying to go to bed about ten but then i cant sleep, finally drift of at about three then awake again at 4.30, feel so cranky tired, miserable, but one thing keeping me going is i have had a few failed pregnancys so the knowledge of being this poorly is a sign that my baby is a fighter :):) thats what keeps me going other wise i would go insane lol xx
