I've drank all sorts of herbal teas during pregnancy and normal (decaffeinated) tea... used to try avoid black teas if not decaff. If caffeinated used to limit to one a day (coffee or tea)
I used to stick to NHS choices or reputable websites on this sort of info as lots of stuff (some accurate some not so) out there
I've stocked up on the Jenier make from teas direct, my favourite is the Rooibos mint chocolate, it's delicious. Apparently good for you in pregnancy as it's caffeine free and full of antioxidant's. The morrisons best range have a lovely winter spice one too. Yum.
