When to wean more

When do I start my 6 month old on a meal twice a day. As he has started to eat porridge and fruit in the mornings but he isn't interested in the afternoon bottle

Weaning is a slow process can take a few weeks to introduce second and third meals. Just take it easy and don't push it. If they're interested great if not it's fine as well. We've just stared a couple of meals but still hit and miss and Lo is turning 7months next week. The main source of calories will still be milk till 1 year
