What could bea reason behind my missed period

am so confused right now,am 6 days late, PT strip says positive and blood test says negative,feeling weak and headache.pls i need help i don't know if am pregnant or not

What were the timings of both tests?

I did urine in the morning,then blood test in d afternoon yesterday

Blood tests are normally more sensitive. Did you read the urine test within the right time frame etc? Sometime you can get evaporation lines which make it look
