Am I pregnant or what

Hi all just looking for some advice I had my implant out over two weeks ago nearly three weeks ago me and my boyfriend have sex a lot with out any condoms etc.. recently I would say a week after having my implant out I’ve been getting a lot of pregnancy signs and I have done a couple of pregnancy tests but all say negative 👎🏻 I came off my period the day After I had my implant out . I’m very Confused 🤷‍♀️ on what to do. I’ve been getting cramps like I’ve never had before. Headaches. Weeing a lot through out the day. I’ve never been pregnant before or anything so I don’t know if I’m doing the pregnancy tests too soon or... if anyone could help be great

The chances of you getting pregnant that quickly after having implant are skim but not impossible I had mine out other year in Feb had a miscarriage in the April. I never had an actual period . I'd wait a week or two and if you don't get your period take another test but use and early response one just in case your still in early stages
