Did I take a blood test too early ?

My last period was on the 19th of March. Me and my husband have been having unprotected sex since the 25th of March up until today. Two home tests came out positive. Blood test on the 11 of April was negative. Is it possible that the blood test was done too early. My period is not due for another week.

I think the blood tests are more sensitive than the urine tests - if you got 2 positive urine tests how come you had a blood test taken as well? Most people just go off a urine test if it’s positive, plus it is very early for either to come out positive! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe wait a week and do another urine test?

I had a blood test done when I went to the ER for an allergic reaction and they wanted to do some medications I was concerned it would affect my pregnancy chances so I let them know about the two positive home tests they tested me at the hospital and said it was negative but I feel like I I'm pregnant so I am going to just wait until I miss my period thank you

Make sure you are reading the instructions properly on the test and reading them within the appropriate time frame and not a long time after ... also

If not sure 100% you can always buy a digital

Yeah, the positives must have the been faulty or due to evaporation the lines came bolder. Moreover, the blood tests don't deceive, hoover HTP's do. And, blood work does detect pregnancy, unlike urine tests. And it is possible the HTP you did was too early. Because the urine tests show the result after a week of missed menstruation. Have you experienced implantation bleeding or spotting? If not then it was definitely not a BFP. Sorry for the disappointment.
