Try some prune juice Hun that should sort you out, also if you cook cabbage drink the water that is boiled in . Hope you feel better soon xx
Prunes are a good idea. However the laxatives will not work within hours and you might need more than one movicol sachets... if you look on leaflet it explains a disimpaction regime
Have you tried fresh orange juice? It usually helps me.
Waitrose soft prunes worked for me.
Also try to get in the squat position. I bought a squatty potty (a little stool to bring my knees up when on the loo).
Lots of water as well
Lots of water too, I suffered really badly during pregnancy. I found having warm water helped more than cold. I also walked up and down the stairs a lot as this helped get things moving further up my digestive system.
A warm bath will also help relax the muscles to get things moving, as well as some gentle stretching/ exercise. And keep on the lactulose daily.
