So update. I got my period 8 days late. The flow isn’t that heavy. It’s bright red blood. Is it my period or implantation.

Bright red is indicative of period

I had implantation bleeding with this pregnancy. It was exactly the same colour as my period would be but the bleeding was lighter and it only lasted 2 and a half days. After having 2 miscarriages close to my implantation bleeding I thought it was my body trying to get back to normal. I'm now 37+1 with our rainbow boy.

See how long it lasts for and what the flow is like. If it's different than your usual period then take a test hun just to be sure x
